I Gusti Ngurah Agus Kartika Putra

Agus Kartika as a chef who was working in culinary industry for 10 years. he learned about culinary when he was child since his father is a Baker chef. Agus Kartika got a scholarship to study in Bali Tourism Institute, majoring in Hotel Administration and graduated in Bachelor Degree of Science applied Tourism. 

​

Agus Kartika started his career as internship in culinary department at The Laguna A Luxury Collection, then Management training in F&B department at Banyan Tree Ungasan. He was also in the part of pre-opening team in luxury hotel such as The Chedi Sakala Bali and The Ritz Carlton Bali. 

​

RahKo Consulting started when Agus Kartika was working in The Ritz Carlton Bali. He had the opportunity from his mentor at Rotary Club Nusa Dua to open a healthy cafe concept in at luxury villa located in Amed Karangasem.

Ngurah is a passionate person in the hospitality industry and has experience working as a manager in trainee at Banyan Tree Phuket Thailand and also as the co-owner of Clover house in Goa Gong Jimbaran area.

Komang is a passionate person in the culinary industry and has worked in well-known 5 star hotels such as the Ritz Carlton Bali, and has fruit carving skills, mixologists and customer service.
